"Hinges on Samsung refrigerator door were bent and door wouldn’t stay closed. Hinges were
replaced and door operates correctly.
Initially, there was some difficultly in determining what repair was needed on the refrigerator door. Once
the repair needed was determined, the Carter Brothers service was excellent. This was accomplished in
spirt of the fact that our house isn’t in the Carter Brothers service area."

"Repaired ice maker and leaking water line.
The service was excellent. Arrived within 3 hours of my call. Very knowledgable and personable
technician. Showed me all the issues and took me through all the necessary steps. Had all the parts on
the truck and finished the job quickly. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again."

"Extract refrigerant from a old refrigerator to be haul away. -
Good. Called in the morning and the job was done in the afternoon. Bill called before he showed up. Job
was performed with clear explanations and Bill has provide his caution notes on my next step (haul away).
Also Bill has offer us his 2 cents on refrigerator’s reliability. Yes, their price may be towards the high side
but to me, experience and quality of work count!"

"GE refrigerator repair -
Went great! Work was done a while ago at my old house but | saw the company here and wanted to put
good word in.Not much to say. | called them up and one of the owners (or the owner) Chuck was super
friendly and arranged to send his tech out same day. Tech was super friendly, knowledgeable well
groomed and such and even called to me me know when he was on his way. He found the issue and fixed
it with a part he had on hand same day. Saved my bacon (literally)"

"ice maker was leaking -
Bill arrived same day and was very helpful. He quickly identified cause of ice maker leakage. Problem
diagnosed as valve problem. After discussion, decided to turn off ice maker and not to replace valve. We
don't really need ice maker."

"Refrigerator Issue, Provided Free Troubleshooting! -
Chuck was great! I'm a landlord and my tenant reported an issue with water leaking into the bottom
freezer. Chuck suggested we first try a solution that wouldn't require a service visit, potentially saving me
money and a trip to the rental home. I'm going to give his suggestion a try first and if that doesn't work, I'll
be calling him back to schedule service. Anyone willing to help save me a bit of money definitely earns my
business!"

"Our side-by-side refrigerator wasn't keeping things as cold as usual, then the ice cubes weren't
freezing and | knew we needed help.
It went wonderfully well! Our tech came, looked, listened (to the fridge) and knew exactly what the problem
was. The service was excellent, the explanations fulsome, and the price quite reasonable."

"Refrigerator stopped cooling -
Excellent experience. Wasn't sure a Kirkland business serviced West Seattle and was pleased to find they
do. When called the technician was on a service call in Marysville, and | was informed he could be at my
home sometime between 11-1. The technician called when he was about to leave Marysville and was at my
home around noon. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the needed replacement part and made the
repair. He also provided useful information on operation and maintenance. The $360 expense was about
1/5th of what it would have cost to purchase a new refrigerator (none of which appear to be as reliable as
older models)."

Good - they came for initial call for which there was a flat fee but which would apply toward total. Overall fix
was expensive ($500 essentially) but | don't have anything to compare it to so not sure if that was a
reasonable price or less/more than competition. Two visits were needed - first to assess, then order parts
needed. Came back within three days to fix. Very nice guys."

"Replace circuit board on refrigerator -
I was overcharged for replacement of a circuit board in my fridge. Carter Brothers charged me $350 in
labor for a repair that took less than an hour. I should have done my homework before accepting the bid, it
was only after the work was done that I looked up the cost of the replacement part which was about $150
at retail. Pretty sure Carter Brothers paid less but total bill for this work was $500. I contacted the owner
afterward and asked for a partial refund, he said he would refund some of my money. I have yet to see a
credit back on my credit card and that was 2 weeks ago. Make sure you do your homework before
approving any work done because there are people out there willing to take advantage when the
opportunity arises and this is one of those companies."

"Our Kitchen Aid bottom drawer freezer on our fridge/freezer had a clogged drain tube that
needed thawing and unclogging. -
Carter Brothers is amazing! They sent a repair person to my house the day after I called. Performed repair
efficiently and well Everything running perfectly. I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"Refrigerator not cooling properly -
I was told by the technician of the very common issue of the failure of the linear compressor in LG
refrigerators. After doing some research I found out about the class action law suit against LG for this issue.
I was better off buying new Fridge. Thank you to Carter Brothers for the good advise."

"Frigidaire refrigerator flashed error code H and shut down. -
Bill from Carter Brothers responded to my call for help. He diagnosed the problem quickly...the fan stopped
working due to a build-up of ice likely caused by not closing the freezer door as properly as we needed to.
He used a steamer to defrost the ice and restore the fan and the refrigerator to working condition. It took
him about 20 minutes total. He wore a face covering at all times and he was friendly, efficient and helpful.

"Our refrigerator was not properly cooling. They came prompily and did a temporary fix while a
part was ordered. The came a week later as promised and installed the new part. -
Everything went well. The technician did a temporary fix while we waited for a new part. We were very
satisfied. The technician was helpful and explained the problem and process to us.

"Freezer repair -
The thermostat had died in our large, full, upright freezer and our food was starting to thaw. They
responded immediately. They couldn't come out, until Monday, but suggested that we get some dry ice. On
Monday, they installed a temporary thermostat until a new one arrived. The prompt response helped us to
preserve alot of food. The repairman was very nice and personable."

"New seals, new brackets, ice maker fixed -
Great! The inspection went through each of the problems and helped us figure out what needed to be
done to get the fridge in perfect working order. Unfortunately, the delivery of the parts was delayed due to
the holidays - however the repair was done the day after the parts arrived. Made our old fridge (12 yrs old)
feel new again."
